In light of the current situation with the coronavirus, I am suspending all bookings and sessions until further notice for safety reasons. I would encourage everyone to continue their personal yoga regime and principles, and to try and remain mindful, rational and balanced whilst taking sensible steps to protect yourself and others. Each essential oil has therapeutic properties. A tailor-made blend is made by the therapist to suit the needs of the individual. They provide a powerful means of treating ailments, restoring emotional balance and stimulating the body’s own healing mechanisms. Massage improves circulation, nourishes the skin and helps rid the toxins that accumulate in the body, easing away aches and pains and allowing the body to work to its full potential.
