In light of the current situation with the coronavirus, I am suspending all bookings and sessions until further notice for safety reasons. I would encourage everyone to continue their personal yoga regime and principles, and to try and remain mindful, rational and balanced whilst taking sensible steps to protect yourself and others. Reflexology is rooted in the ancient tradition of Chinese Medicine. It is based on the principle that the body is reflected in the feet, with each organ, limb and endocrine gland has a specific corresponding reflex area on the feet. By stimulating these reflexes the associated body part is also stimulated.

Go with the Flow

The massaging technique allows tension to be released, thereby allowing the body's vital energy (Chi or Prana) to flow without obstruction. This creates and maintains balance and harmony within the body and mind. There is evidence to suggest that practices resembling reflexology have existed in previous historical periods and have been documented in China and Egypt.
