Evening of Kirtan Chanting with Michelle Crozier

Chanting lifts the spirit and reconnects us to our heart centre, It’s a well known fact that singing mantras has a very positive impact on mental health, by reducing the levels of stress. Join me for this amazing uplifting and joyful singing meditation known as kirtan.

A weekend of yoga and meditation set in an eco-friendly retreat centre based in beautiful Norfolk. With daily yoga, meditation and plenty of optional extras, the weekend offers you the chance to rest, enjoy healthy, organic nourishing food, connect with like-minded spirits and learn techniques to support and enhance your well-being.
Gong Bath with Philippe
1st Sunday of every month, 6pm – 7pm
The vibration of a gong is a powerful method for reducing stress. Known as a Gong Bath, the gong creates an ocean of sound that is profoundly relaxing; a state which activates the parasympathetic nervous system to balance the over-amped, over-taxed sympathetic nervous system.
