This beginners class is a perfect introduction to the fundamental principles of vinyasa yoga and guides you through yoga postures step-by-step focusing on alignment and breath work. Emphasis is placed on understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. If you have never tried yoga this is perfect for you, as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.

From these classes, students will feel more confident joining mixed ability classes.
