Learn to meditate simply and effortlessly.

Have you ever tried to meditate but felt like your mind is too busy and you just cannot do it? This is a very typical reason why people give up trying to meditate.

In this 3 day course, Rebecca teaches a very simple and effortless ‘Being’ meditation technique, in which thoughts are an important part of the process of the body releasing stress and therefore do not ever need to be resisted.

The course is structured so that you learn more from experience than intellectual knowledge.

The benefits are ongoing when you incorporate this technique into your daily life such as greater self-understanding, clarity and reduced negative impact from stress.

Rebecca offers ongoing support after the course to support regular practice.

Course Structure and timings:

Saturday October 8th 10 – 11.30 am – Introduction to the technique

Sunday October 9th   10 – 11.30 am – Best practice and how to establish daily practice

Monday October 10th 6.30 – 8pm – Exploring ‘Being’ and long term benefits of this technique

From these classes, students will feel more confident joining mixed ability classes.
