Celebrate the ‘summer drive’ and also give yourself time to rest, relax and cool down, helping to support balance.
Through relaxed, long-held yin yoga postures, we’ll target the tissues of the body, help to release tension, promote calm, practise mindful awareness and help stimulate the flow of energy through the body.
We’ll explore a sequence of yin postures that help stimulate along the heart meridian channel in particular, as well as other energetic channels that help balance this energy in the body.
Throughout the practice, we’ll reflect on ways to support ourselves through the summer months and to help us live more in tune with the season.
