Get deeper into your practice with this 2-hour yin yoga workshop.

Join Rebecca to explore the core principles of Yin yoga. In this workshop, we will take our time exploring different poses that can achieve the same intended outcome. You will gain a deeper, experiential understanding of what ‘playing your edge’ really means and why it is important in the practice of Yin Yoga. The main focus will be on the physical element of Yin and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. There will be time and space for questions and discussion.

This will be the first in a 3 part workshop series that delves into the physical, energetic and meditative aspects of Yin Yoga.
