Hatha yoga can be described as a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. It is accessible to anyone and is a good way to be aware of your body, to improve your range of movement and to accept one’s limitations without judgement.
