Kundalini Yoga is different to what many people often consider to be classical ‘hatha’ yoga. Kundalini has a range of postures combined with hand positioning ( or mudra), breath-work, mantra and meditation done in specific sequences with the aim to bring about a greater sense of awareness to participants . Kundalini can help to develop your mental potential through these sequences or Kriya’s – with the aim to bring participants greater clarity and intuition through practice.
