Pregnancy Yoga is a way for expectant mothers to connect with their babies and changing bodies, giving a sense of nourishment and grounding through flowing practices and breath.

As your body alters growing your little person, many changes occur both emotionally and physically and this can cause stress or changes to your mental wellbeing.

A pregnancy yoga class can help with that sense of change giving you a joyful connection to yourself and your growing baby, giving you tools to address any issues you may be facing.
